Please let me introduce myself,  My name is Lois & I'm a degree certified makeup artist with over 9 years of experience in the industry working all over Yorkshire.

I have worked with well known brands such as Urban Decay, Benefit Cosmetics, Dior, Fenty Beauty, Lancome & more.

​

I now specialise in wedding makeup and have lots of experience working with a diverse clientele.

I am fully insured & provide a high end makeup service.  My kit includes all luxury makeup brands such as Charlotte Tilbury, Nars, Urban Decay, Fenty and much more.

My Story...

As you can probably guess I'm a lover of anything makeup related, my first step into my makeup journey began when I was very young.  I remember the first time my mother showing me a mascara when I was 9, she applied the mascara to my lashes and I felt amazing, the rest is history, I've not put a brush down since. 

The second I stepped out of school I enrolled on a beauty course and from there a makeup artistry course, I knew I wanted a career in makeup and wanted to enhance my skills & portfolio to the highest level so I applied to study a degree in media makeup and special effects which I graduated from in 2018.  After graduating I worked on many makeup counters across Leeds and Wakefield, whilst working freelance & on fashion shoots.
 
I have always been told by my family to do something you love and you will never work a day in your life, I truly believe this as it never feels like work when I am making up all of my gorgeous clients,  I have my own private studio where all makeup services can be done discreetly within a relaxing environment.   With the correct knowledge and techniques makeup has the power to bring out confidence and happiness in everyone and I would love to share this with as many people as I can.

Media Make-up with Special Effects
VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Makeup Artistry (QCF)
VTCT Level 2 Diploma in Beauty Specialist Techniques.
